Service status

Who this is for: anyone who wonders whether a problem is on their side or ours.

Before you start: nothing.

This page will link to the Liitora status page, which shows whether each part of the service is working and lists past incidents.

Check whether Liitora is working

Section titled “Check whether Liitora is working”
  1. Open Settings in the app. On Profile, Service status says Connected. The Liitora service is running. when the app can reach Liitora.
  2. Open Runs and check whether recent runs started on time.
  3. Ask your AI assistant to ping Liitora. If it gets an answer, the MCP server is working.

If an error says temporarily_unavailable, a part of Liitora is briefly unreachable. Wait a moment and try again. See temporarily_unavailable.

Tell us

If something is still broken, use Report a problem in the user menu (top right) in the app. Include the time, the workflow and the run if you have them, and never a secret value.
