What "managed by us" means
Who this is for: admins and security reviewers who want to know what our staff can see and do.
Before you start: nothing.
Liitora can be run as a managed service: our staff help you build and look after your workflows. Even then, our staff don’t have open access to your company. Every visit has a reason, a time limit and a record in your audit log.
Operator sessions
Section titled “Operator sessions”Our staff members who may work in customer companies are called platform operators. Only a few people are operators, and being one is set outside the application, where no one can grant it through the app.
To look into your company, an operator first starts an operator session:
- They must write a reason of at least 10 characters, for example “Customer asked us to check why the invoice sync fails”.
- The session is time-limited: from 1 minute to 12 hours, 1 hour by default.
- Starting and ending the session is written to your audit log.
- Every action during the session is written to your audit log too, with the actor Liitora operator and the reason.
Without an active session, an operator can’t read your company’s data through Liitora. They get an error (operator_session_required) instead.
What operators can see today
Section titled “What operators can see today”| Without a session | With a session in your company |
|---|---|
| Usage totals of every company (runs, compute units, emails per day), for our billing and capacity planning | Your usage and your invoice export |
Operators can’t see secret values. No one can, except people in your company with the Reveal secrets permission.
How you check
